Simple Installation Process

Installation is fast and straightforward. All electrical connections are made on the quick-connect PCB attached to the current shunt. The monitor connects to the shunt using the included RJ12 cable.

The kit includes:

• 500A/50mV shunt

• 10m RJ12 data cable

• 2m fused battery cable

• A second front bezel (square or round)

• Rear mounting ring

• Screws for front mounting

No additional components are required — everything you need is included in the box.

Effortless Programming

The BMV-700 includes a quick-setup wizard and a detailed configuration menu with scrolling text descriptions. Settings can be adjusted directly from the display using the control buttons.

About Midpoint Voltage

Midpoint voltage monitoring is not included on the BMV-700.
This feature is only available on the BMV-702 and BMV-712.

What is the difference between the BMV-700 and BMV-712?

The BMV-712 has all the features of the BMV-700, but it also includes an extra input to measure a second battery's voltage, temperature, or midpoint voltage. Additionally, the BMV-712 has built-in Bluetooth for easy wireless setup and monitoring.

Bluetooth Connectivity (Optional)

The BMV-700 does not have built-in Bluetooth.
However, it can be upgraded for wireless monitoring using the Victron VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart Dongle, allowing you to:

• View key battery data on your phone

• Access historical data

• Customise settings
