Shipping Information
At North Adventures, we want to make sure your order gets to you safely and on time—no fuss.
We aim to have all deliveries reach you within 7 working days or less, depending on your location and courier network. Regional and remote deliveries may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
All orders are packed and shipped from Australia, with tracking provided for every shipment so you can follow your order’s journey from our door to yours. If your order is delayed or tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, reach out to us—we’re happy to assist with an update or investigation.
Right now, we only ship within Australia. No international shipping just yet—but never say never!
Returns Policy
We stand by the quality of every product we sell. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a prompt assessment or replacement.
All products purchased through our store are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty, and we’re happy to assist you in understanding or submitting a warranty claim where applicable.
Please note that we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are functioning as described or are no longer in their original condition. To help us process any return smoothly, we may request supporting details such as proof of purchase, photos, or serial numbers.
