Installation Recommendations

For optimal performance, Victron recommends appropriate cable sizing and circuit protection based on your installation. As a general guide, 70A protection is recommended on the starter battery side and 60A on the auxiliary battery side, with larger cable sizes recommended for longer cable runs to minimise voltage drop.
