The Sunman eArc 85W Flexible Solar Panel is a lightweight, compact Mono-PERC panel designed for mobile and low-profile installations where traditional framed panels aren’t suitable. Built using Sunman’s advanced composite construction, this panel delivers durability and efficiency without glass or heavy aluminium framing.

Important Charging Information – 9V Panel

The 85W eArc panel operates at 9V, which means there are specific requirements when charging a 12V battery system:

Option 1 – Series Wiring (Most Common):
Two 85W panels can be wired in series to produce approximately 18V, making them compatible with standard PWM or MPPT solar controllers such as:

• Victron SmartSolar MPPT 75/15

• Victron PWM USB & LCD 20A

Option 2 – Voltage Boosting Controller:
A dedicated voltage-boosting solar controller may be used, however these units are uncommon and typically more expensive (e.g. Genasun GVB series).

Compatible DC-DC Systems:
Some REDARC systems, including select BCDC12XXD and Manager30 models, are capable of charging from a single 9V panel. Always check your controller manual to confirm compatibility before installation.
