Saber Bushmaster 9" Spot Beam LED Driving Light

When long-range visibility matters more than lighting up everything immediately beside the vehicle, a dedicated spot beam makes sense. The Saber Bushmaster 9" Spot Beam Driving Light uses 34 high-output OSRAM LEDs behind a purpose-designed spot lens to concentrate light further down the road or track. It’s a good match for highway touring, open country and remote night driving where seeing further ahead gives you more time to react. With a shockproof polycarbonate lens, IP67 water and dust protection and a heavy-duty mounting bracket, the Bushmaster is made to handle the vibration, dust and weather that come with 4WD touring.

Spot or Combo?

Saber also produces the Bushmaster 9" in a Combo Beam version. The Spot Beam prioritises long-distance illumination directly ahead, while the Combo Beam adds more spread towards the sides of the road. A spot beam concentrates more of the available light directly ahead rather than spreading it widely across the foreground. That makes it particularly useful on long, dark stretches of highway, open dirt roads and remote tracks where identifying wildlife, corners, road conditions or obstacles further ahead can give you considerably more reaction time. For drivers who already have adequate spread lighting from headlights, light bars or other auxiliary lights, a dedicated spot beam can add valuable distance without simply throwing more light immediately in front of the vehicle.

34 High-Output OSRAM LEDs

The Bushmaster uses 34 high-output OSRAM LEDs together with Saber’s purpose-designed lens. Rather than simply relying on LED count, the lens controls where the available light is directed, with this version configured specifically as a spot beam for longer-range visibility.

Built for Touring Conditions

Driving lights mounted to the front of a 4WD see plenty of punishment. The Bushmaster uses a shock-resistant polycarbonate lens and carries an IP67 rating for protection against dust and water ingress, making it well suited to touring vehicles that regularly see corrugations, mud, dust and changing weather.

Mounting Hardware Included

Each light is supplied with a heavy-duty mounting bracket and hardware along with male and female DT connectors. This listing is for one driving light, so two units will be required if you’re building a traditional pair.
