The Exotronic 12V 200Ah Alpha Slimline Smart LiFePO4 battery is built for high-demand touring and off-grid setups where space is tight but serious power is required. With a heavy-duty slim metal enclosure, integrated Bluetooth monitoring and an intuitive On/Off/Reset button, it delivers clean, scalable energy storage for caravans, 4WDs, canopies and compact battery systems.

Designed for harsh Australian conditions, it provides 0–100% usable capacity, up to 200A continuous discharge and intelligent safety systems to keep your power reliable and predictable.

Built for High-Demand Touring and Off-Grid Systems

This battery is ideal for 4x4 touring, caravans, RVs and marine applications where higher storage and inverter capacity are required. It fits neatly behind seats, under false floors and inside canopy compartments while delivering serious output.

With 200Ah of storage and up to 200A continuous discharge, it suits inverter systems up to around 2000W (system dependent), making it a strong option for larger fridge setups, induction cooking, coffee machines and off-grid power systems.

Heavy Duty Slim Metal Case

The rigid slimline enclosure protects internal cells from vibration, impact and harsh environmental conditions while maintaining a narrow installation profile. Built for real-world touring conditions, not showroom use.

175A Anderson Plug and M8 Terminals

The high-current Anderson plug allows quick, convenient connection, while the solid brass M8 terminals provide secure fixed wiring for inverters, chargers and high-load accessories. Outputs are connected directly to the BMS for efficient power delivery.

Important: All installations must be correctly fused to suit cable size, inverter demand and system design.

LiFePO4 Safety and Advanced BMS Protection

LiFePO4 chemistry is one of the safest lithium battery technologies available, offering high thermal stability and reduced fire risk compared to other lithium chemistries.

A-Grade aluminium-cased prismatic cells are fitted with rupture discs to relieve pressure in the unlikely event of internal failure.

The integrated BMS provides protection against:

• Overcurrent during charge and discharge
• Short circuit events
• High and low temperature extremes
• Overcharge and over-discharge conditions

Low State of Charge Warning

The 10% State of Charge audible and visual alarm helps prevent unexpected shutdowns. If the battery trips, the reset function allows quick recovery, or it can be restarted using a compatible dark-start lithium charger.

System Expansion

For larger energy systems, the battery supports:

• Up to 4 batteries in parallel
• Up to 4 batteries in series
• Up to 16 batteries total (4P x 4S configuration)

Storage and Maintenance

There is no memory effect. For storage, a maintenance charge approximately every three months is recommended to maintain optimal battery health.

Long Service Life

Engineered for durability, the cells are rated for up to 3,000 full discharge cycles, delivering an expected service life of 10–12 years or more in many touring and off-grid applications.

On/Off/Reset Operation

• Press once to turn the battery on
• Depress to turn it off
• Press twice to reset after a trip event
• Alternatively, connect a dark-start capable lithium charger

Bluetooth Monitoring

Bluetooth connectivity via the JBD BMS provides real-time monitoring of:

• Individual cell voltages
• Battery temperature
• Charge and discharge current
• State of Charge
• MOSFET status and alarm conditions

Bluetooth Smart

The JBD BMS includes Bluetooth, allowing real-time viewing of the individual cell voltages, battery temperature, current, state of charge, state of the charge/discharge MOSFETs and alarms.
