Manufactured with precision in Newcastle, NSW by the team at Rampt Customs, each plate is CNC cut from 4mm mild steel to provide excellent strength, accurate fitment and straightforward installation by a qualified fabricator or welder.

Precision Manufactured

Each reinforcement plate is CNC cut from 4mm mild steel for consistent quality and fitment. Whether you're repairing an existing chassis, strengthening a touring vehicle or incorporating reinforcement into a custom build, these plates provide a durable foundation ready for fabrication.

Welding Preparation

These plates are supplied as plasma-cut components. Plasma cutting leaves a thin nitride layer along the cut edge, which should be lightly cleaned or ground prior to welding to achieve the best weld quality. Leaving this coating in place can reduce weld quality in a similar way to welding over a painted surface.
