Why 7075-T6 Aluminium?

7075-T6 aluminium has earned its reputation in Ultra4 racing, rock crawling, rock bouncing and other extreme motorsport disciplines thanks to its outstanding strength-to-weight ratio. Unlike many materials, 7075-T6 has the ability to flex under extreme loads before returning to its original shape, helping resist permanent bending while maintaining excellent durability. This combination of strength, weight savings and resilience makes it an ideal choice for demanding off-road steering applications.

Installation Notes

• Jam nuts should be inspected and tightened regularly.
• Ensure the heim joint is correctly centred in the mount before fully tightening the jam nuts.
• Regular inspection of all steering components is recommended as part of routine vehicle maintenance.
