High-Efficiency TOPCon Solar

The Fusion Ultra-Light uses 25.6% efficient N-Type TOPCon solar cells to produce more energy from the available panel area.

For portable solar, that efficiency matters. It allows the panel to deliver a full 200W of rated capacity without requiring an unnecessarily large or heavy setup.

N-Type TOPCon technology also offers strong low-light performance and lower long-term degradation than conventional P-Type technologies, helping maintain useful charging through cloudy conditions, early mornings and late afternoons.

Middle Ground Between a Blanket & a Glass Folding Panel

Instead of using heavy tempered glass, the Fusion Ultra-Light uses a durable ETFE laminated surface.

ETFE provides excellent light transmission while offering strong resistance to UV exposure and weathering, making it well suited to equipment that's regularly used outdoors.

Removing the heavy glass layer is a big part of what allows this 200W panel to come in at only 5.9kg.

Reinforced Where It Matters

One of the challenges with lightweight portable solar is protecting the cells from repeated flexing during transport and setup.

The Fusion Series uses an ultra-light reinforced backplate behind the solar cells to provide additional support without undoing the weight advantage of the ETFE construction.

Reducing unnecessary cell movement helps minimise the risk of micro-cracking and provides additional support through repeated heating, cooling, packing and transport.

This version of the Exotronic 200W Fusion Ultra-Light Folding Solar Panel is supplied without a solar charge controller.

A suitable solar regulator is required when connecting the panel directly to a battery unless your DC-DC charger, power station or other charging system already incorporates a compatible solar regulator.
